So This Is Love began with a simple idea shared by Donna and Steven. At the time, we were both running our own businesses, so the dream stayed just that—a dream. It wasn’t until we started planning our own wedding that we realised this was something we were truly passionate about.

As we planned our day, we found that much of the wedding décor process felt impersonal and transactional. We wanted more, and we believed every couple deserved more. Your wedding is one of the biggest and most meaningful days of your life, so every part of the journey should feel just as special.

Knowing how well we work together and understanding each other’s strengths, we decided to take the leap and create the experience we wished we’d had ourselves. We wanted to build genuine relationships with our couples, guiding them through the styling process and creating something that truly reflects their vision.

We poured our hearts into So This Is Love, and watching it grow has been incredible. Our passion continues to drive everything we do, but the most rewarding part will always be seeing our couples’ reactions when they walk into the room and see their vision brought to life. Being trusted with such an important part of their wedding day is something we’ll never take for granted.
